Are all of your items handmade?
Yes! Every item in my shop is crocheted by me, Ella. I don’t use machines or buy premade products—everything is made with my own two hands (and a crochet hook!).
Do you take custom orders?
Right now, I only sell finished items. Made-to-order projects take a lot of time, and I want to make sure I can keep up with school and still enjoy crocheting.
How often do you add new products?
I add new items whenever I finish them! Be sure to check back often or follow my social media to see when something new is posted.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
I do offer returns on unused items within 14 days. Please see my Refund & Returns Policy page for all the details.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times depend on where you live, but most people receive their items within a week after they ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship to select countries outside the U.S. You can see your options at checkout.
